NEW POLICY FOR THE CLUBHOUSE HOLIDAY RENTALS The Board of Directors has recently approved a lottery system for Clubhouse reservations for specific Holidays.  As the membership has grown so have the requests for popular Holiday reservations.  This new policy is to assure that all owners may have the same opportunity to reserve the Clubhouse for

Due to contract changes with Comcast – the channels on the TV’s throughout the clubhouse have been updated and now get regional and local channels only. To turn the TV’s on/off please just push (TV)POWER DO NOT HIT “ALL POWER” this puts the tv into a static mode Instructions have been placed in the Library
