CLUBHOUSE HOLIDAY RENTALS

The Board of Directors has recently approved a lottery system for Clubhouse reservations for specific Holidays.  As the membership has grown so have the requests for popular Holiday reservations.  This new policy is to assure that all owners may have the same opportunity to reserve the Clubhouse for their events with a lottery system drawing, and these Holidays are not reserved by the same individuals year after year.

The deadline to submit your holiday request is August 2, 2026.   The drawing will be for the dates listed below:  

Thanksgiving Day 11/26/26
Weekend before Christmas:  12/18/26, 12/19/26, & 12/20/26
Christmas Eve  12/24/26
Christmas Day  12/25/26
Weekend after Christmas:  12/26 & 12/27
New Years Eve  12/31/26
New Years Day    1/01/27

Please submit your requests to lfox@evergreenmgt.com & lfulling@evergreenmgt.com, or by calling 603-644-2113 and leave a detailed message.  The drawing will take place the first week in August.   Follow up emails will be sent to anyone making a request.
