The following dates will be awarded by a lottery system drawing which will take place twice per year:
Easter Sunday
July 4th
Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Years Eve
New Years Day
The lottery drawing for Easter Sunday and July 4th will be held this year on February 19th. Any Owners interested in reserving the Clubhouse for these two dates must submit their request to the Clubhouse staff by February 18th. Your request may be submitted to
lfox@evergreemmgt.com & lfulling@evergreenmgt.com, or by calling 603-644-2113.The second Holiday lottery drawing will take place July 20th for the remaining Holidays for the year. The Clubhouse staff will send out a reminder email to the community one week in advance of July 20th for owners to submit their names if they are interested in reserving the Clubhouse for these specific Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day. This will also include the week prior and the week after Christmas Day and New Years Day.
